Nice clean and affordable place we had a great view from our room as well!

The bed was comfy, The Staff cordial. After acquiring the Hotel, they need to pay attention to paint and cleaning details. For safety and maintenance pool cocerns; remove it and turnoff the spot lights at night. They would save on insurance and electric. Good luck and we hope to return some day!

Pretty great place! Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean, beds were brand new, a little hard but not too bad! Ceiling fan was a pretty great. The ability to walk down to the bay was wonderful. There was enough room in the firepit area for my kiddo to fly his kite. He was pretty thrilled with that The restaurant had amazing food. We will be staying again and again while in that nexk of the woods.

Clean rooms, missed a side table. It is a dog friendly hotel but my neighbor left their dog barking until midnight. Not nice. The second night people were very loud in the hallway. Walls are thin, I could hear the microwave. The restaurant is great. Home made pasta, wonderful deserts.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view but the pool area needs to be cleaned up. It distracts from the beautiful view. Love the fire pits and area we could sit in to enjoy the views. The restaurant staff were pleasant and very friendly and the food was very good.

The property is definitely in need of a facelift….and it looks like it’s getting some overdue attention. The staff was nice and the food at The La Baia restaurant was exceptional. We were there for two nights and got no maid service. Wi-Fi was horrible…especially if your room was far from the front desk. I had to go to the lobby to get consistent service. This property has lots of potential but it needs help fast.

While we understand that the property has recently changed hands, the grounds were a mess. The dumpster was in the parking lot along with mattresses and sofas being discarded. It was an eyesore. The waterfront side was in disarray and the pool was out of order. And the bedroom pillows were not to our satisfaction. However it was quiet and peaceful. It was fun watching folks fishing from the shore.

We had an easy check-in and the staff was friendly. When I turned on the water in the bathtub, I noticed that there was hair in the hair trap, and a rag still hanging in the shower, it was white and small. Everything else seemed to be fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open for dinner, but we found a good place to eat downtown.

The pool and restaurant area were closed, the staff were really nice and the bathroom came with toiletries.

This place is under new ownership. Prices are good, but not everything is set up yet (like the restaurant). Give it a few months and it'll probably be excellent.

The room was very clean. Good for the amount you’re spending, but the shower was SCOLDING hot. That is really my only complaint. Other than that would go there again.

The place was really run down on the outside. No working pool or hot tub. I never tried the restaurant because it wasn't open in the morning and closed before returning. On the positive side the room was fairly clean, much better than the outside looked.

The property seems really run down, not very clean, small rooms, tiny bathrooms with shower heads that come out of the wall at your chest. Toilet seats are almost coming off. Out in the middle of nowhere, no food delivery, no restaurant, nothing. Feels like you are caught up in the movie, The Shining. Staff was nice but the place is no to the bueno.

A Disappointing Experience. We travel often along the Oregon Coast and have stayed at many hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The location alone deserves 5 stars. Being right on the bay is something truly special. In the morning, watching the tide go out and seeing the peaceful bay views is an extraordinary experience. In the evening, when the bridge lights up, the view becomes almost magical. The setting is truly beautiful and is, without a doubt, the hotel’s greatest asset. The overall condition, especially our room, was not what we expected. When we first entered, I actually wondered if there had been a mistake with our reservation, so I returned to the front desk to confirm. We had originally planned to stay for three nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave and did not stay the remaining two. We also found the front desk experience less warm and welcoming than expected. At checkout, there was no acknowledgment or apology regarding the concerns we had shared. We truly believe that no hotel can be perfect, and we always try to approach these experiences with patience and understanding. Unfortunately, this particular stay simply did not meet our expectations. We sincerely hope our experience was an isolated one and that future guests have a more comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel has an exceptional location and truly beautiful views.

I mean the other reviews say it all. You can tell it used to be a nice place but no longer. The pictures of the rooms on here is not accurate. The good things I can say were the sheets were soft (even if we found hair on them) and the front desk man (owner?) was helpful. The room smelled bad, shoes stuck against the floor like in a bar, there is no AC, there was a tv but it wasn’t connected to wifi or cable so was not useable. The bathroom was cleanish but the tub needs work. There was a funky smell to the room. We booked the king suite and expected a hot tub with swan heads making a heart, but it was just an old hot tub that I did not trust enough to try. You also sign a paper when checking in, acknowledging that rooms aren’t cleaned only “refreshed” after a stay, so you will be charged extra if they have to “clean”. Beautiful location, could be an amazing place but probably best to avoid until the whole thing is renovated and a staff is hired.

I paid for the whirlpool suite and lemme say this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. First of all, Anything metal looks like it has decay or water damage. Second, the lamp shades had rips in them. Third some of the lights in my room didn't work right or had missing bulbs! Fourth the hot water in the room didn't work to the spa tub or the shower or sink. I went to the front desk and complained. I was told the issue with the lights and the water would be fixed by 930. I didn't get hot water until after midnight and the front desk person openly said that she knew about these issues and the room shouldn't have been open. I am asking for a full refund and wouldn't recommend staying here. On that note the property is massive and was just bought less than a year ago. It may be different in three years. There is a bar and restraunt on site. I didn't get to eat there but they both looked nice. I was also promised a pool but that was closed.

Staff for check in- he was very friendly, stressed as he was the only one there but super friendly. checking out she seemed bothered as I was interrupting her day. Room was dated for sure, clean but lots of stains everywhere. I would say this is not a family friendly place and the room accommodations don't really work for kids. The joining room only had the one access point and if the door got closed it could not be reopened unless in that room. Would have thought the double room we booked would have a restroom in each room and that was not the case, 7 people and only one restroom. We had a double room for our family size said it was one king and 2 queens, the king was a full and I had to sleep on the floor, there was not enough space for us two parents and our 1 year old to sleep in that bed(totally would have been if this was in fact a king) Pool was closed and nasty looking, no available ice machines. TV was cutting in and out once we could find something that it would play With all of that it was a beautiful view and nice to be right on the water with access to the bay.

There was no hot water, there were spiders behind the door that looked like they had been there a while. They were dead, and my spouse is arachnophobic. Half of the doors didn't work, the pool is still a work in progress and when we originally checked in, ourselves and two other couples had to come back and have door keys reprogrammed. The fire pit and the view were nice amenities. However, no hot water is a big No-No for us. And the room was just okay. As we were told, the hotel is under new ownership and going through major changes. However, my sister mentioned years ago that the pool was not working at that time either. The only bright spot in our state was the kindness of the staff to be honest. My 10-year-old son thought the beds were nice, and slept like a rock. He wanted me to make sure I added that. There is also a pet deposit, make sure you understand that when you choose this hotel. It was $25 extra per night.

Hotel is a little dated. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Room had a ceiling fan in it but didn’t work, just the lights did. Room got a little stuffy at night. This is our 2nd time staying here. Views of the bay are amazing.

Abysmal. Nice check in. The clerk said our assigned room wasn't cleaned yet (5:30pm) so gave us a "cleaned " room. Got in it, it was filthy. Bathroom floor was dirty. Carpet in the room had not been vacuumed. Sliding glass window was dirty. We were able to get the staff to do some cleaning, but still not up to a reasonable level. At least the sheets were clean. Wonderful views out the back of the room.
