The first room we weee given was nothing like the room in the picture. I tried to shower the first day but we left because we had an appt and by the time we got back to our room it was about 11pm and we didn’t know how to shower, the the water was so cold and waited till the next morning so I can call the office and she came in while everyone was asleep to see if she can turn it on and then says oh we’re gonna move your room well, you can stay here until everyone gets up

Pros: Shower was great. HIgh features for fancy shower head variety and spray. Good Towels and bedsheets. Parking easy and close. Room incl microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee, few hangers, and a safe. Window shade opens and closes with electric roller. Very nice! TV: seems like it’s Roku TV, so no cable channels. Plenty of outlets, easy to charge phone. WiFi easy and smooth. Breakfast small. Only coffee, croissants, oatmeal, cheerios, a couple fruits. Friendly staff at front desk. Smooth check in and out. Cons: Room was grimy. Esp floor and walls. Need fresh paint, better housekeeping, handyman maintenance. Door shoe falling off. Small debris in coffee maker—watch out when previous guest use for ashtray! 😱 Smoker neighbors: smoke enters thru room walls, noisy outside, keep people awake all night. Sleep not possible on ground floor due to noisy upstairs. Constant thumping and loud talk all night!

This is the safest and friendliest hotel available especially for this price. I’ve stayed here many times and I have seen the staff be extremely compassionate and helpful to every guest. For example, they were personally using an app on their phone to translate for a customer who didn’t speak English and was trying to ask a question about their stay. They go out of their way to help everyone and they don’t gouge you, ever.
