Very good hotel and in a very convenient location for me

10/10 Exceptional

My single room was small but spotless. The room was surprisingly quiet (no noise from adjacent rooms). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff were very accommodating - it was a holiday when I arrived and they worked to figure out places that were open for dining. Nothing fancy, but a great stopover option close to transport.

Great location for public transport, nice staff

Great location, just round corner from train, metro and bus stops. Plenty of shops and eatiers close by. Good breakfast selection and toiletries in reusable containers. Doors were slamming by other guests, which is unfortunate, but overall quiet.

The room was clean and service great, but it was cold in October and they didn't have a heater.

Good but OPEN EYES especially AIRPORT TAXI SERVICE

The hotel is very nice for a three star hotel and served my needs well. Two out of three of the desk staff were excellent and one probably needs some customer service training--while he did his task well I felt his personal skills left a lot to be desired. Unfortuanetly, my stay is tainted by the Airport Taxi Service the hotel booked for me. The cost and I verified was 100 Eu to Malpensa I was a bit shocked but they said due to the hour of the morning 3:30 am and the distence 60 km. Still a steep cab fair but then the driver attempted to charge me an additional 20 EU for the fare...he backed off when I said I would call the hotel to verrify. Buyer BE AWARE!

4/10 Fair

Check in facile e veloce, personale accogliente.
