Loved my stay here. Did the all inclusive which worked really well. Hotel common areas a bit dated but the rooms are newer and lovely - great showers. Lovely bar open til 1am (all in finishes at 11). 15 minute easy walk from the train station. 2 minutes to the beach. Bars and restaurants on the same street. No issues getting a sunbed by the pool. Take euro cash for towel and room safe deposits.

Great property and location, really good value for money. The staff were really friendly and check in was speedy. Good sized room but would be great for a kettle or coffee machine. Some areas slightly dated but it has a lovely charm about it. Great experience in the bar area and the breakfast buffet was up there with the best I’ve ever experienced. Would definitely recommend, add an iron and a kettle and would be 5 stars for me.

Everything was amazing and the staff excelled in all areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The coffee and milk was restocked every day. Kitchen staff? Thank you for working SO hard!!!! You are all fantastic especially Andres in the dining room. Daria on reception is unbelievably professional and helpful and thank you for your kindness Bar staff of note are Alfonso and Sofi who tended to us nightly and made us laugh and feel at home

Staff are amazing and the all inclusive food and drinks We booked a superior room which was a nice layout and a very light and bright room Only negative was not being able to get a sun lounger as people where reserving them with there towels at 8.30 in the morning. It was a lovely 4-star hotel, staff were welcoming and the communal areas, reception, bar etc were great. Clean rooms with working air con, comfy bed and balcony. We had a sea view (over/around the other hotels) and it is a 3 minute walk to the beach with free sun loungers for the hotel (get in early). Nice area to walk around, felt safe, and a well-kept promenade for evening strolls. The all inclusive had a variety of food each day alongside the usual salad and chips and varying drinks (just check what is included). It was a really nice place to spend our honeymoon, unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency, which staff were very understanding about, so didn't get to try all the entertainment, spa facilities and see the sights. We will be back soon I hope.

Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. The area feels safe and 5 mins from the beach with loungers/umbrella, there is a train that beeps about every half hour running alongside the beach but not annoying. Also check for festivals/Iron man as it gets very busy and loud on the street just next to the hotel. Fireworks were fab though! Some shops/bars/restaurants nearby and a few things to visit too. All in all a great place to stay!

The overall experience was below average. The rooms were clean. Some of the reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. We felt like they did not care, just doing their bare minimum required with grumpy and serious face. Interactions with staff sets a tone on the whole stay. I must mention that the waiting and kitchen staff in general were kind. Another thing, we were disappointed about is the food which wasn't great. Not many healthy options, lots of carbs and meat served was mostly processed and lacked quality. If someone likes seafood then this place is for them I suppose as there were many seafood options. There were not many options for non-seafood eaters like us. There was one instance where the chef from the cooking station served me chicken half cooked, raw inside. I pointed it out to the waitress but there was no action from them. For those unaware raw chicken might seriously poison you. That was off putting and after that we chose not to eat anything prepared at the cooking station. Desserts weren't great either, most of it tasted like it was directly from the supplier, not worth the calories.
