8/10 Very good

Very good location! There is direct access to a trail, and the ocean is just a few steps away. The lady at the lobby was friendly and helpful.Free parking is also a plus. The only downside was the musty smell in the bathroom. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great staff and clean. Parking was a bit odd for check-in as you had drive up hill to pull in and then back all the way out. The bathroom vanity was very short…almost child size. But we had a lovely view and it was a quiet location.

The Wharf Mater's Inn is a must stay location if you are planning a trip anywhere near Pt. Arena. Fantastic, beautiful location with cozy and serine vibes. From the stunning views from our balcony to the peaceful courtyard and well-appointed rooms with all the comfort and in room jetted tub make it a relaxing stay. You will feel your shoulders drop from the time you check in. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Also, highly recommend the Charcuterie board which is made to order on the patio with a glass of wine.

What a beautiful surprise, the small lane to access and the feeling of being off the beaten path. The facilities are in pristine shape and very clean. The rooms are nice. The beds, very comfortable. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace. The buffet breakfast is small in choices but very good. The yogurt was some off the best I have had. The staff are great!!!

We made a last minute reservation at Warf's Master Inn, and could not have had a better experience. Cliff and Jessica were very helpful and accommodating, and the room and view were beautiful. I would recommend staying at the Inn when visiting Port Arena.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is fantastic. The staff extremely kind and friendly. Overall, the property is very quiet, quaint, and peaceful. It is an older hotel although everything is in good condition and very clean. The jacuzzi tubs are quite loud so we did not use them much. Also we did not try the coffee and pastries, but only because we are early risers, already going about our day by 8am. The town of Point Arena is a gem… we will be back!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel overlooking the wharf. I mean it’s perfect so anyone or couple wanting to get away from the cotidian life. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They have wine every night In the Main lobby. There’s vending machines fully stocked just in case you need anything after hours. There are literally two great restaurants at the bottom of the hill which I highly recommend (grab the shrimp tacos) I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel. I’ll be back

After a two hour coastal roadster ride in our 1960 TR3 Triumph, we arrived at the Wharf Master making a rather noisy lobby entrance at their very busy check in time. Rather than being annoyed by the distraction, three staff were most welcoming-- The Lady at the front desk provided the most friendly & professional check in. Cliff helped us get our roadster parked in the best possible spot & when he noticed our battery might be too low to restart he offered a battery charger. The next morning the Lady who served breakfast made that experience most enjoyable as we observed her accomplishing the same with all the other guests. The Desk manager Lady again was exceptional, & Cliff was waiting to jump start our car. The staff serving Wharf Master Guests exceeded expectations in all ways. Thank You for a perfect weekend. Sincerely, Frazz & Donna Frassinello

Quiet, secluded, romantic.. I could go on and on at all of the benefits that dislocation offers.. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious, and those with a view are breathtaking. The rooms come with large Jacuzzi jet bathtubs. For those of us with bad backs, they can be the best view within 100 miles.. ( shut off time is 10 o’clock)
