Welcome lounge opens from 2 to 7pm with local sake and wine for free. We stayed with 3 people and we each had a bed and room was still spacious enough with couch and separate bath and toilet. They also have public man made Hot spring. It is not the latest model but very well maintained and convenience as it is 2 min from station.

The hotel was beautiful and just outside the entrance to the train station. It was a fun fairly short walk to the park to see the Sika deer and the temples. Lots of shopping on the way up and back and so many restaurants. Rooms were clean and the beds had padding. The pillows were not the buckwheat pillows so it was very comfortable.

A somewhat chaotic and dated hotel by the train station. The rooms are quite small, even by Japanese standards. Definitely feels dated overall. The staff was very nice and very helpful, which definitely makes the experience a lot better. Breakfast was good, although maybe a tad expensive.
