The hotel had some issues in the common areas. Some rust throughout the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful everywhere. The restaurant prices were crazy, along with drink prices. The pools and slides were amazing. Get out early to get a chair with an umbrella. So much to do and see. All in all, it was great and I will be booking soon to go back next fall.

Our stay was great and the plus as always is the staff who are so friendly and helpful with beautiful smiles. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options in Poseidons and via room service. Drinks at Plato's and friendly bartenders. When we arrived we had a light lunch at Plato's. We had adjoining rooms and one of our toilets overflowed which resulted in a lot of water, but the staff were able to move us within the same night to two new adjoining rooms. We also had a wonderful time at Dolphin Cay visiting the dolphins. This was our second time staying at The Royal and we will definitely be back. Thank you, for your Service

Wow I wish I had more days to enjoy this property. It is very big, so many things to do. They did an upgrade to our room so we got pool and ocean view which was great. The hotel has a casino inside, stores, restaurants, the beach is beautiful (a little bit far, but because of the size of the hotel), quiet, relaxing, white sand, clear blue water, OMG, definitely coming back.

Our yearly family vacation it was great. The staff was able to accommodate us with connecting rooms for our family of 8 we had a great view from our balconies the rooms were cleaned every day. You have a great selection of restaurants throughout the property also shops if you like shopping for all kinds of gifts. The Waterpark was an amazing experience we loved it, they also have many events for kids like teen disco, karaoke, etc. Don't forget to visit pig island too 🐷definitely enjoyed our time there!
