This property was wonderful! The owners were so kind and always available if I had questions. The hotel was so peaceful and had amazing views. I had to check in very late because of my flight and Mikele was kind enough to wait up for me to check in and help me get situated. I would highly recommend staying here!

A exceptional boutique hotel in Padola

The hotel is excellent, the room is clean, the view from my room is spectacular with beautiful dolomite mountain, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is exceptionally good and the host Dany is very friendly and hospitable. I will rate the hotel 5 star and highly recommend to anyone visiting Padola or Dolomite region.

Came down to Padola from Berti hut. The breakfast was great. Many options and various fresh fruit were especially enchanting. The owner family was friendly. Very quiet and easy walk to its downtown. Not much of shopping makes the vacation in Padola so relaxed and peaceful. Skay restaurant nearby had great dishes. To find out public transportation information and bus tickets, go to the turistico instead of tabacchi.

Well built hotel but it has not kept maintenance and quality service. There is stuff all over the lobby and breakfast are as well in the halls. You can see and ironing board in use behind the check in counter, a parrot in the kitchen and cats walking around you during breakfast and sleeping in the lobby couches. Spa services are not offered anymore, the elevator wasn’t working (we were in the 3rd floor), safe in the room wasn’t working either. Breakfast not comparable with other 4 star hotels, and when I arrived 5 minutes before the end at 9:00 am most of the things were taken away. Nice hotel but fallen into disrepair.

The room was nice but...

We got wrongfully charged for the room at check in after we had already paid for it on hotels.com No one replies to my emails so i had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. As for the stay: There is no air conditioner in the rooms and no fridge. Breakfast buffet had human hairs in multiple places, disgusting. We were the first to eat when they opened and the scrambled eggs and pancakes were ice cold we had to put it in microwave. Cats coming out of the kitchen, a big dog in the dining room with hairs floating around, no space to walk... very unpleasant breakfast experience. If allergic to cats or dogs steer clear of this place. Not very hygienic.

Chambre propre, emplacement idéal avec une vue sur la montagne L’été, il n’y a pas de restauration mais un excellent restaurant/pizzeria à quelques centaines de mètres ( pensez à réserver car c’est le seul du village) Je ne sais pas comment sont attribuées les étoiles d’un hôtel, mais pour un 4 étoiles, il y a certains équipement et services qui ne sont pas à la hauteur : * Il n’y a pas de climatisation et même si on est en altitude il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. On a dû attendre la fin de l’orage pour aérer et dormir la fenêtre ouverte. * Un emplacement pour un frigo est prévu (aérations) mais pas de frigo… quand il fait plus de 30*, on est content d’avoir de l’eau fraîche en rentrant le soir * Le déjeuner (varié mais pas très qualitatif : du fromage en portion sous plastique) est servi de 7h à 9h (dernier délai) Si vous partez 9h. tôt en balade c’est parfait, mais si vous êtes en vacances, pas de « grasse matinée «  possible. Le séjour était très correct dans l’ensemble mais le rapport qualité/prix discutable

Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Etwas getrübt wurde der gute Gesamteindruck durch den Umstand, dass wir weder im Restaurant speisen noch irgendein Getränk an der Bar erhalten konnten, mit der Begründung, man müsse sich um eine Reisegruppe kümmern. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser wäre bei 29 Grad schon schön gewesen.
