Location was a little scary. The beds weren’t that comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, however. It is kind of a far walk from things so will need to take taxi to most places and after sunset I wouldn’t walk around this location.

The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good. The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations. We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not. Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

We paid for 5 nights but didn’t even stay 1. There is no way this should be classed as a 4 star hotel. The room we got had stained and ripped carpet, wallpaper literally peeling off the wall and a shower that appeared to have mould. When we complained at reception they at first said they didn’t have any other rooms that night, then what I assume was the manager appeared and suddenly one was free. But that room was also unfit to stay in. Aside from being tiny, the smell of sewage filled the whole room and the trash bins directly outside the window didn’t help. We went back to reception to say we couldn’t stay there and were met with a rude receptionist. The hotel refused to refund any part of our stay despite us not staying one night (or one hour), most other 4 star hotels only withhold the first night’s stay if you cannot stay for your trip…

Starting with the positives the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The negatives, the rooms look nothing like the pictures its a very dated hotel, the AC made a loud noise all night but didn’t work, the shower felt like you would fall through the tub at any minute. The area is quite possibly the ghetto bordered with China town. It is very sketchy industrial area with broken glass and garbage everywhere, and smells of pee. The hotel offers a free night shuttle into town which was great because you likely would be robbed if you attempted to walk to the metro station even during the day. It’s also close to a giant prison. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Fint och rent. Personalen i receptionen var glada och vänliga. Mysigt att sitta i trädgården, men man får inte äta därute vilket står i beskrivningen. Serveringspersonalen var väldigt sura, förutom en ung mörk kille. Frukostbuffén serverades av personalen, man fick alltså inte ta själv, vilket innebar att det blev mycket svinn. Även minus för att middagen inte började serveras förrän 19:30, samt området hotellet ligger i - ett ruffigt industriområde. Utcheckning var kl. 10:00, inte 11:30 som står i beskrivningen.

The room pictured doesn’t match the actual room. BEWARE OF RED CARPET ROOMS! Given a room w/old disgusting dirty & heavily stained red carpet. Bathroom very outdated & dirty. Complained and counter employee said upgraded rooms are different. He made it right and gave us a clean room w/tile floor. But couldn’t get key card to work though. Gave us physical key to get in and luckily our prior hotel key card worked to get lights & tv on. Also we weren’t allowed to eat in restaurant dinning room bc having a private event so put us downstairs looked like employees’ quarters. Food was not good. We had to check out 5:30am for flight so wasn’t able to have complimentary breakfast starts until 7:30am

La propiedad y las habitaciones son geniales, lo lamentable es el personal en específico la persona de recepción del día de hoy Raffaele además de que anoche nos puso cara y solo estaba viendo el futbol afuera de la recepción , y la que estuvo antier también fue grosera y despota. El día que llegamos la persona que atendía fue muy bueno. Dentro del restaurante las dos meseras todo el tiempo tenían mala cara, además de que el día de hoy la que estaba atendiendo el restaurante que era de una edad adulta, fue grosera y nos discriminó enviándonos a una mesa casi afuera del restaurante diciéndonos que ya era muy tarde y nos teníamos que apurar, mientras que unas personas que parecían locales, y que cabe resaltar que llegaron más tarde les dio mesa adelanta y hasta la mesa les puso

Magris Hotel was excellent, It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the advice we received regarding various planned trips were spot on. The location was not ideal but it was good value. Enjoyed our stay in Naples.
