The location is great, right on the beach with easy access. Our ground floor room was handy and the bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom window latch was broken so the window wouldn’t shut all the way. The coffee pot was handy but the coffee wasn’t replenished for the second day of our stay. The front desk woman was helpful and friendly, when you could reach her. The office was closed for most of the time and communication with staff inconsistent. All in all, I would stay there again as the location was perfect for our needs.

This was a terrible property with a great price. The room was cold, the window in the bathroom rattled all night in the wind, the light pierces into the room in the morning as the kitchen and bathroom windows are uncurtained. Yes, I could’ve closed the bathroom door, but then the meager heat from the one rad would not have managed to penetrate it. Uncomfortable bed. Few pillows. Loud fridge. I do not know how they have such a positive rating on this. Pay the extra few dollars and stay elsewhere.
