Comfortable stay

Very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. Room was very spacious with big bathroom. I was able to use the hotel laundry at no cost which was much appreciated. Hotel also stored my luggage for a day in between stays. The hotel is not central in the city but I was easily about to reach the centre by taxi. The breakfast was v good value and staff in the restaurant were attentive and kind.

The hotel is quite closed to Gwangju Biennale Exhibition Hall, if you're here to see Biennale, it's a good place. The restaurants nearby are delicious, I'll be back again

Oasis in Gwangju

The staff were very kind and spoke good English. The rooftop pool was a lot of fun. It was also very clean for an outdoor pool. Breakfast was good, but there is not a lot of choice - you choose Korean or Western style, and then you are served your food.

I chose this hotel primarily because it has a swimming pool. Since I was traveling with my children, we were looking forward to spending time together at the pool, and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance on Monday and Tuesday. This information was not mentioned when I made the reservation, nor was it communicated during check-in. I only found out after asking the staff myself, which was quite disappointing. If the hotel plans to close one of its main amenities for maintenance, I believe guests should be informed in advance. When an important facility cannot be provided as advertised, there should also be an appropriate response or accommodation for guests. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many attractions, and the facilities are generally well maintained. However, I was also disappointed with the so-called "business room." It is not a private workspace but rather an area connected to the restaurant, making it difficult to consider it a true business room for anyone needing a quiet place to work. Overall, the hotel has a great location and well-maintained facilities, but the lack of communication regarding the pool closure significantly affected our family's stay.

전반적으로 가성비와 룸 컨디션 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 3성급 비즈니스 호텔 기준에 잘 맞게 객실과 내부 시설이 군더더기 없이 정갈하고 쾌적하게 관리되어 있어 머무는 내내 편안했습니다. 프런트 직원분들의 응대도 매우 친절하셨고, 부담 없는 가격대로 이용할 수 있는 룸서비스 메뉴 구성과 퀄리티도 기대 이상이라 객실에서 오붓하게 휴식하기 좋았습니다. 다만 기계식 주차타워를 이용해야 해서 입출차 시 약간의 대기 시간이 발생할 수 있다는 점과, 호텔 주변이 번화가나 산책하기 좋은 상권이라기보다는 숙박 시설이 밀집된 구역이라 저녁 시간대 외부 활동보다는 차량으로 이동하거나 객실 내에서 여유롭게 시간을 보내시는 것을 추천합니다.

야구 직관하러 가면서 묵었습니다 (챔필 걸어서 10-15분 정도, 하지만 가는 길이 좀 별로였고 철길때문에ㅜ육교를 건너야했는데 올라가는 계단 상태가 ㄷㄷㄷㄷ) 룸 상태는 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 청소상태 양호, 에어컨 등 작동도 잘되어 시원하게 지냈습니다. 드라이기도 다이슨이어서 머리 잘 말랐구요… 예약하면서 침구가 좋다는 리뷰를 본 거 같은데 진짜 좋긴 했습니다. 잠을 아주 푹 잤어요 다만 아쉬운점은 호텔 주변 인프라, 상권 대비 가격이 높았다는 점과 (예약 시점에 따라 달라질 수 있겠지만요…) 체크인시 안내 받은 구매해야할 일회용품 목록을 제가 제대로 확인하지 않은 점도 있지만 보통 칫솔치약정도 겠거니 했습니다. 근데 룸에 들어와서 보니 욕실 어메니티가 샴푸,컨디셔너,바디워시 그리고 무슨 에멀젼? 토너? 이것만 있고 손씻는 비누가 없어서 전화했더니 구매목록에 있다고 하더군요 그렇지만 비누만 필요한 거라면 무료로 제공해주겠다고 가지러 내려오랍니다…. 호텔에 묵으면서 어메니티 받으러 프런트로 내려오라고 하는 호텔은 여기가 처음이네요 하하 비누가 기본 어메니티로 제공되지 않아 문의를 해야하는 점, 무료로 제공해주겠다면서 가지러 내려오라는 점 이 두가지가 저는 꽤 많이 황당한 포인트였네요;;
