The staff were incredibly kind, caring, sincere, and exceptionally helpful. They had a wonderful way of making all our worries disappear. When my son was sick, they showed genuine concern and quickly arranged for a doctor to see him, who arrived within half an hour. Being in an unfamiliar place, I never felt stressed or worried about how to get my son medical care. They were truly angels and made us feel completely supported throughout the experience. While the property is not luxurious, it is peaceful, clean, and extremely safe. Our experience was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends. The property was extremely difficult to locate. There’s no signage. Moreover, I didn’t receive the elevator code to the 10th floor via e-mail or text from the Hotel. I had to go to the nearby Marriott, find a bilingual tour operator & have her call the hotel for directions & the elevator passcode. It’s a great location but it’s only a doorway between two cafes. If you’re tired from the road, it’s a tough assignment.

Worth staying, great value for money

Amazing place, quiet, clean and service from the staff absolutely in top. If you do not know it, you will not know there is a hotel inside the building, but it is highly recommended. Direct in center, close to everything. Excellent parking in the basement, although you have to pay. Highly recommeded.

Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine (we brought our own detergent sheets). Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly, no dish soap to wash dishes by hand or in the included dishwasher, but they gave us one pod upon asking. There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!
