After reading previous reviews I was skeptical about staying here,I had already booked my room so the positive… I was able to do an early check in, I ate lunch at the Latitude which is in the resort the food was good the server was very friendly and attentive the staff was friendly as well. I didn’t use the amenities but looking at what was offered looked fun the indoor lazy river and hot tub looked inviting. Now the room I had a nice ocean front suite full kitchen I enjoyed the room however it wasn’t as clean is I would like it sand was in the tub the floor was sandy as well day 2 I saw a baby roach on two different occasions again it’s an old building so that’s to be expected. The beds were comfortable, I just sanitized my living space for the weekend and enjoyed my stay

The hotel is not how it’s pictured. Beach access and the pool is nice, but the rooms need updating. You also have to go down to the lobby daily for towels and most times they did not have wash cloths, I ended up buying my own.

The hotel was great! The parking was very easy each day, the pools were great and the beach was awesome. The only issue is the lack of an actual blanket on the bed, the “comforter” was more like an extra sheet, and there was not pillows or blankets for the Murphy bed.

A couple of the day staff at the desk like Terri were exceptional, the bartender at the pool was fantastic. However, there was black mold in our room, cockroaches in the living room & the overhead in the bathroom didn't work.

It was an excellent stay. Initially we got the room on 2nd floor (ocean view), but we hardly got to see the ocean. I requested them to change the room to upper level, and I got it on 12th floor. Now this was an excellent view. Check in process was very smooth and the way they responded when I asked to change the room was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the landmark. Everyone was nice. We enjoyed the lazy rivers inside and out. The indoor pool is really large. There is not a lifeguard and we did go back up to the room to get towels. There are several hot tubs. It was kind of packed in the swimming area, but it was still fine. Everyone was polite. The parking garage is nice and convenient. We did not get to try the waterpark due to painful sunburns but would stay again 10/10.

I appreciated Landmark, everything was as advertised. They fully refunded my security deposit as well, no issues. I always clean up after myself too to avoid misunderstandings. Kids had plenty of activities at the water park, it was really nice. I enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna too! Could renovate the property a little though, around stairs. It was fairly clean so I will definitely come again. Price was fair as well.

The amount of on-site amenities were great, the restaurant food and drinks were also very good but the overall place is not as nice as pictured. Not very clean and we did not have one room service the entire 5 nights we stayed so slept in sand filled beds.

The room and facilities were clean. Front desk could tend to be rude and unprofessional. However other staff were very friendly and helpful. Building could use an update. It was a nice stay overall at a very affordable price.
