Wonderful stay. The pool was great and we could use it until 11am as a family. The bar and games were a big hit with my son, especially silly the shuffle board! We walked to Liseberg from the hotel, it only took around 10 minutes

The hotel, facilities and staff were really good. Toiletries supply not that great. The had wash and shampoos bottles were empty. Didn’t had either energy or time to complain about it. Breakfast menu is average.

8/10 Very good

Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit more family-friendly. In every other aspect, the property is superb! The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We had 2 children in our group ( ages 10, and 7), and only 1 of the 3 pools is available for them, and only between 8-11am. It was a nice pool and they enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers or tea pots in the rooms, and nothing available in the hotel until 7:30am. It is very close to the stadium(s). We had a vehicle, so I can't tell you how close it is to other dining and shopping options. We would stay here again if not traveling with the kids.

Beautiful hotel. More for instagram than actual relaxation and wellness. Incredibly small kiddy pools for about a thousand rooms and lounge chairs/Sunbeds. But plenty of places and opportunities to take very nice pictures. Water was very warm. Nice. We were there for a hen do where people was coming over from different countries and all over Sweden for one evening with the bride to be. They hotel had ask us to give them the room booking so they could put us all at the same table. Great. We arrive and they booked 10 of us for 6pm and 2 for 8pm. We had spa from 3-6 so now we’re pressed for time. But they could fit us all together at 6 at that was the most important. We arrive at the restaurant and they did not book us together so now the party is sat at two different tables. No compensation or grand apologises. Just tough cookie. Service at the restaurant was non-existing but to be fair also crazy understaffed. Reception service was top class-5/5! Breakfast was AMAZING. For a short stay with focus on partying and showing lovely pictures I would definitely recommend. For a more spa/relaxation focused stay I would go somewhere else.

6/10 Good

Beautiful architecture and stunning views. The hotel has a unique concept, and the design is truly impressive. It is definitely one of the most visually striking hotels I have stayed in. However, there were a few disappointments. The housekeeping did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel, and the room was not cleaned to the level I anticipated. Another thing worth mentioning is the bathroom design. The large glass walls provide almost no privacy, and some form of screening or a privacy option would make the rooms much more comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, but the dining area became very crowded during busy hours. Tables were often left uncleared for quite a long time, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. More frequent clearing of tables would greatly improve the breakfast experience. In my personal opinion, the hotel seems better suited to couples or younger travellers than families with children. The atmosphere and concept feel more focused on adults looking for a stylish city escape. Overall, I enjoyed the architecture and the amazing views, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of comfort, housekeeping and attention to detail.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that combines modern luxury with a vibrant resort feel. The design is stunning, with beautiful interiors, stylish décor, and incredible views of Gothenburg that make every part of the property feel special. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurants and bars, which offer amazing food, great drinks, and breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were excellent and added to the overall resort experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, the hotel has everything you need. The atmosphere throughout the property is lively yet elegant, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Jacy’z is truly one of the finest hotels in Gothenburg. With its beautiful design, luxurious rooms, outstanding dining, excellent amen
