Amazing stay, the hotel was beautiful, trendy eclectic vibe throughout. The pools and rooftop bars are a must see for anyone visiting Gothenburg. It is conveniently located, a super easy walk from the central station. The bed was so comfortable it was almost impossible to leave the next morning. They even offered to store our luggage for the day so we could enjoy the city before our late flight out.

Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit more family-friendly. In every other aspect, the property is superb! The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We had 2 children in our group ( ages 10, and 7), and only 1 of the 3 pools is available for them, and only between 8-11am. It was a nice pool and they enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers or tea pots in the rooms, and nothing available in the hotel until 7:30am. It is very close to the stadium(s). We had a vehicle, so I can't tell you how close it is to other dining and shopping options. We would stay here again if not traveling with the kids.

Beautiful architecture and stunning views. The hotel has a unique concept, and the design is truly impressive. It is definitely one of the most visually striking hotels I have stayed in. However, there were a few disappointments. The housekeeping did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel, and the room was not cleaned to the level I anticipated. Another thing worth mentioning is the bathroom design. The large glass walls provide almost no privacy, and some form of screening or a privacy option would make the rooms much more comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, but the dining area became very crowded during busy hours. Tables were often left uncleared for quite a long time, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. More frequent clearing of tables would greatly improve the breakfast experience. In my personal opinion, the hotel seems better suited to couples or younger travellers than families with children. The atmosphere and concept feel more focused on adults looking for a stylish city escape. Overall, I enjoyed the architecture and the amazing views, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of comfort, housekeeping and attention to detail.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that combines modern luxury with a vibrant resort feel. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurants and bars, which offer amazing food, great drinks, and breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Logistiken vid frukosten - dålig på flera sätt. Stressande! Musiken som spelas över hela hotellet, inklusive i parkeringshuset var usel (samma 10 låtar av något slags enformig nattklubbsmusik). Musiken var alldeles för hög. Svårt att föra en diskussion i lobbyn med någon utan att prata högt. På hotellrummet fanns inget skrivbord vilket göra att man är då hänvisad till att sitta i lobbyområdet..... med den musiken är det ingen bra arbetsmiljö och att ringa blir inte bra. Kuddarna i sängen - dåliga/obekväma, täcket obekvämt och tungt. Att släcka belysningen på kvällen var ett "äventyr" - "main switch" var i princip omöjlig att använda. En spotlampa i taket i rummet var sönder, TV:n gick inte att få igång dag 2. Belysningen på badet, en ren katastrof.
