The pool and the view is amazing. The room, less desirable. There were two flat pillows, the WiFi didn't work for the first day we were there. The room had a horrible sewage smell at night, but resolved during the day. The staff told us it's common with older hotels and they have a renovation planned in November. No coffee in the room, but they gave us free coffee in main dining room. We didn't have breakfast, but it was very reasonably priced. The outside of the hotel and the lobby were really nice and staff were so polite and accommodating. Would we stay here again, maybe after the renovation. The pool definitely made it worth it, but the smell kept me up both nights. The first night was mostly a very strong cologne smell to probably mask the odor, which gave me a headache, the sewage smell gave me a headache and nausea. But I was able to open the balcony and air it out in the morning. The other thing, they charge an extra fee to use the kitchen, we didn't, but it felt odd. Why not just include it in the price? All in all, it was fine and very close to the metro.
