We had a 02 guest, 08 night vacation stay at Dharma Suites. This was our first experiente at a non-traditional hotel, just found-it out after the reservation was made and paid for.
The positive aspect: a spacious apartment..
Other aspects: after I had reservation made, I asked information about house cleanig. For my total surprise, I would need to hire extra cleaning service for US$ 175 + Tax for every single cleaning. I obviously refused to use it..
We had a late check-in. Although the check-in instructions were quite clear, it was difficult to find the buiding D, among several other buildings with poor lighting and identification. After enquiries, was lucky to meet a complex janitor, who somewhat pointed out the direction to the Building D.
Next challenge was to find the designated parking spot.
In the property, the terrace was unavailable for use as the were furnitures covered with plastic tarp since the complex was undergoing major paint services in the building facades. In addition,the front streets were partially blocked by maintenance crane trucks every day, what made Every shopping bags and luggage loading/unloading a challenging task.
Back to the apartment itself, the furnitures were just right, cheap models, nothing special to enchant the guests, The lines were old and worn out.
