3/5 Stars The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The apartments were spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. One of our three apartments had air conditioning, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by a couple of significant issues. Less than 24 hours before our arrival, one of our two 3-bedroom apartments was canceled due to what we were told were technical reasons. The management did provide two replacement apartments, but neither of them had air conditioning or climate control, which was a noticeable downgrade from what we had originally booked. Another frustrating aspect was the check-in process. We were required to provide an excessive amount of personal information for every guest in our group (8 people total) before we were allowed access to the apartments. While we understand that some guest information may be required, the process felt unnecessarily burdensome and detracted from the overall experience. Overall, the great location, spacious accommodations, and cleanliness were definite positives, but the last-minute booking change and the cumbersome check-in requirements made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Pros: very central location, great base for exploring. Comfortable space with a balcony that's sunny on a spring afternoon. Decent kitchen. Cons: paper thin walls mean you can hear even quiet conversations in the room next door. You'll also almost certainly need earplugs to sleep as there's a lot of noise outside too. My room was scruffy and needed a lick of paint. Ditto the entrance area to the building which was in need of a refresh. Property manager did not respond via Expedia app, had to chase via a different route. Lift was out of service which caused problems.

Apartment was lovely and clean, didn’t need toiletries, cleaning products for washing up or use the dishwasher. A coffee machine was provided but no pods which was disappointing. The beds were so comfy too, extra pillow covers would have been good as the pillows on the bed were huge and too high to sleep on. Definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great apartment, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Perfect location, right in the center of everything, many attractions within a walking distance, many great food options. Metro and train station nearby as well. Would highly recommend!! Two things that I wish were different - not having a front desk on site was a little inconvenient (always nice to have someone to ask questions) and getting more than one pillow per person (there were extras in the closet, but no pillow cases). Otherwise, everything else was great. Thank you!!
