I have traveled a lot and stayed in many beautiful hotels. Santre Dolomythic Home is exceptional!! The views from the rooms, pool, restaurants are constantly magnificent. The freshwater pond, amazing! The food, delightful. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. The spa treatments, the lounge areas and those views all bring you tranquility. For anyone hesitant to go to the adults only nude area, being wrapped in a towel is acceptable and the amenities there are incredible; saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, etc…just do it! I wasn’t sure how I would feel about getting dressed for breakfast and dinner and then spending the rest of the time in my robe…I am changed! Currently sitting in my robe at home :)

This is BY FAR the best hotel my fiancé and I have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful, the setting tranquil, the saunas fantastic, the pool area idyllic and calming and above all the staff were just the most accommodating and welcoming of any we have encountered. Special shout out to Leonardo and all the catering staff, bar staff and reception - you are what makes this hotel brilliant.

The hosts and their sons have created a stellar property. Meals are mostly excellent, facilities are modern, clean and chique. Views over Brixen/Bressanone are lovely. A good rest stop to put up your feet and just relax after many days hiking in the area.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever been. Fabulous suite with private sauna and jacuzzi. Fantastic staff, fantastic amenities and spa services and above all the dinner experience. Every evening a 6 course dinner in Michelin style. Highly highly recommended

Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning. However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. For the price tag it’s worth everything. Very nice spa center, excellent staff, pool, sauna, view, 5 course delicious dinner and comprehensive breakfast. The only downside is the shower in main bedroom of president suite, it stinks like hell once you showered in the other shower in the secondary bedroom first. To busy and forgot to complain about it during the stay.

Wonderful place. Santre is a brand new resort, the holiday was perfect, stimulating and relaxing at the same time. The rooms are modern and characteristic. They look out onto a private terrace with a view of the town of Brixen. Mount Plose is located behind the Hotel and can be reached in a few minutes by car or by walking through the narrow streets of the small village of Sant'Andrea. A special mention must go to the staff, without whom the experience would not have been the same. The cuisine is excellent, with attention paid to all tastes (including vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner). The whole experience is enhanced by the activities organized by the staff (cycling, hiking, yoga).

Definitely not a five-star experience. The hotel may be beautiful, but the customer service culture is nonexistent. If everything goes smoothly, you’ll probably enjoy your stay—but if you have a problem, don’t expect flexibility, empathy, or solutions. I made a booking-date mistake, fully acknowledged it, and still received zero help despite my original reservation being seven days away. I had to pay again and lose the full amount already paid. Five-star hospitality is about how you treat guests when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard.
