Night shift was good and clean

The hotel is being renovated, so there are some messy areas and holes in the walls. There was a bad smell in the hall near the pool (like sewage). The waterslide was great for the kids. They price was a bit high for the condition of the property

The AC sounded like a lawn mower engine. The bed was okay, no bugs at least. Staff were nice. Pool was okay. Good budget option if you just need a cheap place to stay.

Overall, the stay was ok. We had issues with check-in- we didn't get the room we reserved. But they were able to fix the issue. Our keys de-activated halfway through our stay, which was annoying, but the staff was super quick to get them fixed. The breakfast wasn't great- not a ton of options. The pool area was closed the entire time we were there, which I guess is a very common occurrence.

There was only one staff member plus the manager to assist guests, plus the pool was being maintained, and very little for breakfast, not what was mentioned on the website.

Only good thing about it was the pool. Very short handed. Filthy pool bathroom. Took us 3 moves to find a good room.

Staff was friendly hotel was clean and well functioning. only complaint is the pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked there.

I picked this place because it advertised an amazing pool, hot tub and center park with grills and tables. The pool had been closed for months, no full breakfast meal during the week and the toilet in my room didn’t work. The place looks great and has an amazing idea just needs to take better care and not lie on-line. Cheers! B

Pool was out of order and building was under construction im guessing due to the multiple holes in the property, but they all looked cut out like they were in progress of an upgade perhaps? Other than that, pretty basic continental breakfast and very helpful staff.

Wonderful people. Wonderful rooms. If in town, I’ll stay there, again.

Nice property, a bit dated. Nice, helpful staff. Easily accessible. Ok value for money.

Room was pretty run down. Chunk of carpet cut out, sink badly stained and no drain stopper, chair covered in pet hair, rock hard pillows, pool and hot tub weren’t operating, ceiling leaking in hallway. Staff was friendly.

The location and comfort was fine. However, the place needed a clean-up in general. Mold in a few places, pool down for remodeling and we weren't informed. Breakfast was ok, plus an interior garden to walk and enjoy.

Old motel but clean and friendly staff

Staff was grest but first 5hey checked us into an already occupied room. New room light bulbs we burned ol, but clean and friendly staffut and toilet was plugged 🔌 and wouldn't flush. She would give us a new room if we wamted to, but she got the toilet to flush very slowly and we didn't want to move every, too late at night

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The website said breakfast was included however they had cancelled the breakfast service after we had registered. We were informed in the morning as we tried to enter breakfast room. The person at the front desk informed us and other guests with as much patience as she could. Bad management as they were not there to handle the situation.

The employees arguing, outside appears empty, on checkout morning we were loading car at 9am and employee was already in our room nosing around we wasn't even done loading yet. She went into another room and people were still there taking showers. Check out wasn't until 11am. Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean

Decent for price

Check in was slow- but that’s because there was a new person training. Hallways were very humid. Walked into the room and looked really nice. Room was cool temp. Only complaint was that the shower walls were obviously not wiped down recently.
