Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean except for the mold in the shower. Definitely could use some updating. Bottom of the pool was also disintegrating. Would still go back as it was great value for the $$.

We genuinely loved the venue, the beautiful surroundings and the cute balcony off of each room. My sister who stayed with me tried the Mother Parker’s coffee in the room and it was terrible so fortunately we were able to get coffee from the check in office. It would be a great idea to improve the quality of the coffee available in the rooms once your contract is finished.

It's really nice to have all the dishes, cutlery and even dish soap. It's like coming to your own apartment. The room is amazing. The pool and hot tub are warm and hot! And the front desk staff are very welcoming and fun. We enjoy staying whenever possible, thank you!

The most comfortable beds, clean space, warm shower and nice outside balcony. Location is close to Horseshoe Resort. The pool, outdoor BBQ, and fire pits were all enjoyable. Would definitely go back.

The hot tub was drained so we couldn’t use it. The room was very noisy from our neighbours while they were in the hall. We were woken up by doors closing and people taking a few times, which resulted in a poor sleep. The room would be greatly improved by some sound proofing. The property was nice, as were the staff at check in. Comfy bed.
