Tired property. Terrible restaùrant staff. Unresponsive. Inept. Very few speak English or know what "tea"; "milk"; or "ice" mean. This in an international chain. The eateries are mediocre and grossly overpriced. Cheapest wine bottle at one is €120, for a €15 bottle. Shower didn't drain properly. Disappointing overall, given the beautiful location.

Düzenli olarak her yıl geldğim otel. Bu sene Personel olarak çok yetersizdi. Şezlonda gözlüğüm kayboldu ve bulunamadı. Oda da kahve fincanı temizlik sonrası temizlenmiş gibi bırakılmasına rağmen fincanın içi pisti. Otele girişte odanın upgrade olduğu söylendi fakat odaya girdiğimizde olmadığını fark ettim ama bir talepte bulunmadım. Odada ki tv küçük ve smart değildi. Bagi servisi ve otopark için çalışan ekip mükemmeldi. Otele yıllardır geldiğim için seneye yine gelmeyi planlıyorum ama bu iyiyleştirmeler otel için önemli ve iyi olacaktır. .
