Place was nice and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Only down side was hot tub was down and they didn’t have someone attending the breakfast. First day a lot of stuff was gone an hour before stopping and day two, had to get someone to restock supplies at breakfast.

Room was dusty. Carpets were dirty throughout hotel. Curtains in room were hanging off rod and closing mechanism was broken. Tub and bath were generally clean. Beds were clean. Breakfast area was small, overheated and super crowded. Decaf was like crude oil. Based on our room and the general experience, this hotel is WAY too expensive and the Hotels.com rating of 8.6 is super optimistic.

Great accommodation for the price. Good location not too far from town. Although our room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay, the room and hotel overall were very clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus but the selection was pretty minimal and best just for a quick grab if you plan to get a proper breakfast later on the road. Overall I would highly recommend if you don’t want to break the bank and want a good no frills stay north of the bridge.

However, when paying full price for a property with a pool and spa only to have the spa closed because of chemical imbalances and the pool closed randomly because the front desk staff member’s key card didn’t work, while everyone else’s did, was a little disappointing.

The room and beds were clean and comfortable, we were so amazed and delighted to find a room with 3 queen beds!! What a bonus! The staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again. Great location and good value. The only small thing was the breakfast, nothing fancy, just a light continental breakfast--though they did have a waffle iron. We ended up getting McDonald's, across the street, for breakfast.
