酒店房間內的裝修和設施都十分陳舊，所以在感覺上十分不衛及欠缺管理。房間內四處都有破損，尤其是洗手間都有明顯的老黃污漬。面巾和毛巾都有明顯的污漬。但他的優點是交通十分方便。

エクスペディアで公開されている部屋の写真を元に予約しましたが、実際あてがわれた部屋は全く別のものでした。 この写真と違うと思うと言おうかと思いましたが、言ったところで変わらなそうだなと思ったのでいいませんでした。 予約時に公開する写真は、現実とかけ離れていては行けないと思うので、写真を見直した方がいいと思います。 ドアは薄く、廊下の音は丸聞こえ、換気扇はうるさいので、後に関して気にする方はあまりお勧めしません。私は別に気にしませんでしたが、朝6:30頃の掃除のおばちゃんたちの会話で目が覚めました。 立地は非常に便利だと思います。近くにコンビニもスーパーもレストランもマックもあります。狭い部屋での食事が微妙な時は、そとの公園でもいいと思います。 工事中でエントランスは狭く、使える部屋も限られている感じでした。全然ダメではありませんでしたが、写真の期待とは大きく違う箇所が多々ありました。シャワールームの水圧はかなり弱めで、シャワーカーテンが風でぴらぴらするのがとてもシャワーをしづらくしました。
