Room was not clean. Bad smell and other peoples hair everywhere. Window cooler to old. Does not cools the room and makes a lot of noise.

I stay here on a regular basis and normally don’t have any problems but last night I was ate up by bedbugs and I saw a roach in my room. I’m sorry but I won’t be staying here anymore.
