Great property, lots of amenities, nice staff, clean room, beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water, nice location convenient to Alcúdia shopping but still in a quieter area. The pools are fantastic for children, making it a great choice for families. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! Alicudia beach is simply amazing. We recently stayed at Hotel Condesa for our mini moon and it was so good! The main pull for us was the proximity to the beach and this really was amazing. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was amazing! So much choice it was unreal! The hotel is so clean and the staff all so helpful and friendly. We would stay again!

Excellent location Service level and maintenance of the property needs to raised to a much higher level. Payment for beach towels and just about everything as an add on cost etc for a resort or this calibre drops the value for money experience. No tea and coffee in a resort unit! Nor bottled drinking water! Fantastic location and lovely town and the front desk can do better to explain the use of facilities. Dining hall appears like a mass production unit.
