Everything closed, rude and run down.

People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down.

Bjr notre séjour c’est passé correctement sans plus quelques détails PAS dignes d’une établissement 4 étoiles. Porte coulissante de notre chambre 459 né fermé pas ! Insectes dans notre salle de bain (la réception nous indique que nous sommes dans une pinède….pour moi un jeunes cafards enfin plusieurs photos disponibles)toile d’araignée avec sa locataire au plafond de la douche ..espace SPA la grotte de glace ne fonctionne pas ,état des douches qui fonctionne à moitié,état des dalles de la piscine extérieur sont dégradées, certaines décollées….chambre assez petite avec les wc dans la salle de bain,une bouilloire en chambre avec du thé 👍 pas de café ! État général semble être laissé à l’abandon…..Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité 👍 avec un personnel très agréable pas que du négatif,surtout un emplacement très très pratique et agréable,dommage nous sommes venu dans cet établissement il y a 2 années tout était vraiment top 👍. Séjour globalement correct mais plusieurs points méritent d’être signalés ! La piscine présentée dans l’annonce est en réalité, une piscine de copropriété ouverte à d’autres résidents. Cette information n’était pas clairement indiquée. L’ambiance n’était pas toujours agréable ( beaucoup de jeunes bruyants et une personne alcoolisée lors de notre passage) Au petit déjeuner à 9h15, il n’y avait plus d’œufs brouillés, ni de pain frais ! Une double porte dans le couloir des chambres est très bruyant le matin. Dommage !

Chaque Fois que je suis dans la région je choisi cet hôtel. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et le ménage au top.sur place j’opte pour les déplacements en vélo. Ceux proposèrent par l’hôtel sont super. Nota : chambres côté piscine Je ne connais pas les autres.

tres bon séjour

Hôtel très sympathique avec un bel environnement au calme , proche d'un centre équestre, et idéalement situé entre lacaneau lac et lacaneau océan. Nous avons profité du spa, massage merci Virginie et Elea très bon moment après le jaccuzzi. Cependant le seul petit hic était au niveau du petit déjeuner trop de monde à la fois donc pas de distance covid , et buffet pas adapté aux règles sanitaires du moment .

Séjour en couple septembre 2019

L'hôtel et le spa ont été rénové il y a 1 an et est bien entretenu. Si vous voulez profiter du spa, n'oubliez pas de venir avec des sandales spécial spa au risque de devoir les acheter avant d'entrer. Les appareils de la salle de sport ne sont pas tout récents. L'hôtel est doté d'un restaurant. Si vous souhaitez dîner sur place, mieux vaut réserver à l'avance. Sinon pas mal de restaurants en ville (à 5 minutes en voiture). Dans l'ensemble, séjour très agréable (bonne literie et salle de bain bien équipée)
