As the others I have to agree that the location is not the best, but you find anything you need in 10 minutes walking distance. I was positively surprised about the courtesy of all the staff, they really did their best to have a perfect stay. Will definitely return as the value-price ratio cannot be beaten in Mumbai

A fantastic start to our holiday in India

We had a wonderful stay at the Naaz executive hotel. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and hospitable. The room was outstanding, clean and very comfortable. We ate at the hotels restaurant. The staff there looked after us very well and the food was delicious. The hotel is only a short ride from the airport and we stayed there for a night before heading home to our village. I recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying there, it’s lovely.

6/10 Good

The hotel itself the generous , clean well appointed room and the friendly helpful staff are excellent, however the neighborhood and incredible noise throughout the night is a major issue…at times it sounded as if WW3 was happening way past midnight ….if you can put up with a shady location and noise I would recommend the hotel otherwise…not for me !!

I am a solo female traveler. I always fly into Mumbai from US for day or two before going to Goa. This hotel is perfect! And the price is very reasonable. If you have stayed near airport you know the area is not great but this hotel is a gem! It is close to airport. Staff is wonderful and so helpful. Food is excellent. Room and beds are top notch! Highly recommend.

I stayed at this property with a friend after flying in to India on a late flight. The staff at this property were amazing, and gave us both an upgrade to our rooms. In addition, the staff were always happy to help us, and the staff helped print boarding passes and held our bags for a few hours while we went out and explored. The property is very close to the airport, and rooms were tidy, with tea, water and coffee available. Thanks so much guys, we will definitely be back in the future!

Naaz is a family owned and operated hotel where everyone is helpful and friendly. We were able to speak English which was great for us on our very first day of arrival in India. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff very accomodating. They even stored our luggage as we toured the city deciding where to go. We appreciated their flexibility in hosting us a second night. Lovely people.

In Indias hotel jungle it is not so easy to find affordable, clean and not noisy options. My stay here where all. Close to the airport with the possibility to check in after midnight this was a good choice for me. I misread the checkout time with one hour, but they did not stress or charge me. Recommended!
