GW期間に４人家族で二連泊しましたが、非常にコスパが良かったです。 基本的には宿泊客が準備する、というコンセプトですがサービスも接客もとても良かったです。 コンビニやスーパーで買った食品で食事するも自由、ホテルで冷凍のお弁当を購入して電子レンジで温めるもよし、何より温泉が良かったです。 近隣のホテルの相場よりも半額でこのレベルであれば最高です。

露天風呂が寒かったせいもありお湯が少し温かった。目的は小学校6年の娘と翌日のハンターマウンテンでのスノーボードだったため近くて助かりました。朝ごはんにいただいた冷凍弁当も娘が美味しかったと満足そうでした。

朝食付のみにしたが、引換券で冷凍弁当なのがんー。という感じ。味もそこそこ。 風呂場更衣室の扉を子供が飛び出して、開けっ放しとかになると中丸見えになる。 鍵がひとつしかないので時間合わせがめんどくさい。 いい点はお風呂は気持ちよく露天は最高。 ゲームコーナー、卓球ビリヤード、貸し出しボードゲームなどあるので退屈はしない。

1人で利用させてもらいました。 スタッフさんも丁寧でしたし、お弁当も美味しかったです。 料金が良心的で、サービスはバランス良く必要十分でした。 ホテルサービスを期待してくると不満に思う方はいるかもしれませんが、セルフサービスのホテルで、自由にさせてもらえると思うと、メチャメチャ良いホテルです！ 周囲にご飯を食べるところがないので、夕食は持ち込み必須ですね。
