A localização é perfeita! Pessoal aluga cadeiras e guarda sol por preço acessível comparado ao da praia! Atendentes prestativas e simpáticas, o quanto quando entramos estava muito cheiroso e bem arrumado, conforme as fotos, para poucas noites é perfeito. Um local funcional

Falta uma descrição clara do estabelecimentos nas mídias. Não é um flat, não é um AIRBNB, não é uma pousada, não é um hotel. É literalmente uma suíte de 12 m2 ( incluindo o banheiro) simples, funcional mas muito castigada pela maresia e clamando por melhor manutenção. IMPRESSÃO GERAL : A localização é excelente. O local é simples, mas pode ser altamente funcional. Depende do seu objetivo. O nosso era participar de uma corrida ali perto e foi muito prático para nós, perto do Shopping com muitas facilidades. Quanto ao estacionamento, foi fácil parar na rua. A região parece segura. Para uma ou duas diárias sem necessidade de longa permanência, eu recomendo. Agora, para mais tempo, só se vc for do tipo que passa o dia inteiro fora e usa o hotel somente para dormir. Quem gosta de conforto e atendimento típicos de um hotel convencional, deve procurar outro local. Nota Pessoal da Experiência: 4.0 Cumpriu o objetivo Nota Geral : 3.5

Frustrante, péssimo

Minha intenção com esta avaliação é ajudar outros clientes e contribuir para que o estabelecimento possa melhorar alguns pontos. Infelizmente, nossa experiência não correspondeu às expectativas criadas pelas fotos do site. O quarto em que ficamos apresentava um forte cheiro de mofo. Solicitamos uma solução ou a troca de acomodação, mas não fomos atendidas. No segundo dia, o ar-condicionado começou a vazar uma grande quantidade de água, inundando o quarto. Felizmente, após nossa solicitação, o problema foi resolvido. No entanto, os lençóis, fronhas, travesseiros e colchão eram de qualidade bastante inferior ao esperado. O que deveria ter sido uma semana de férias acabou se tornando uma experiência frustrante. Além disso, havia muitos mosquitos no quarto, e o chuveiro elétrico tinha furos muito espaçados, o que dificultava lavar o cabelo. Espero que esses pontos possam ser revistos para oferecer um serviço mais confortável aos hóspedes.

O local parece casa de praia. Bem informal e muito acolhedor. Tem deque no térreo com chuveiro para quem chega da praia. Mas a cereja do bolo e a localização. É de alto padrão. Bem ao lado do Il Campanário e também ao lado da "Jurere Open " a rua é super segura e com acesso bem perto da praia.

Razoável. O atendimento da Michele é show. Mas o apartamento está precisando de uma boa reforma. A área de lazer está cheia de gotejamento no toldo, pingando em diversos pontos enquanto chove. Quase todas as janelas basculantes não fecham direito. O vaso sanitário entope com frequência, assim como o ralo do box.

Pontos positivos, Localização perfeita, perto de tudo na principal avenida de Jurerê internacional, smarttv, cafeteira nespresso, pequena cozinha bem completa só faltou um fogão/cooktop - Pontos negativos, faltou a higienização do quarto, ficamos por 4 dias e não houve limpeza, percebemos também que quando entramos no quarto não estava tão bem limpo, quarto totalmente sem ventilação, exaustor não funcionava bem, e o banheiro estava com um cheiro bem ruim de esgoto!
