Not cleaned very well. Previous people's used toiletries left in a hower recess. Shower was over spa bath which is very dangerous as a spa bath does not have a flat base and is deeper than normal bath for getting in and out. Also shower had to be handheld asit sprayed all over floor if hooked up. In other words totally useless. No bedside table so phone, spectacles, etc had to go on floor. Lounge chair in front of tv but no side table to put cup, glass etc on. A trip to kmart to buy some inexpensive tables would add to this unit. Location convenient to eateries.

I’ve stayed in a number of different units at this property. They were all clean and well appointed. The ones with cooking facilities were extremely good value. In a couple of the units there were items which needed repair. Air conditioning in one room, and a spa bath which lacked handles, or functionality in another. The laundry facilities were an excellent bonus. overall though, the property was very good value. It is also within an easy walking distance of the Jesmond shopping Centre.

I loved the location of the property, it is within a 5 minute walk to Jesmond Shopping centre, which has a variety of dine in/takeaway food options + Jesmond Hotel, which has a great bistro. I booked a pet friendly room as I travelled with 2 puppies. The room was excellent for my needs, but I wasn't advised of the extra cost of $20 per day per puppy at the time of booking. I will be staying again at the property when travelling with my puppies

The property is in a good location and the rooms were comfortable. We had a few small issues and chatted to reception and these were rectified very quickly. The only issue I found was the limited communication regarding the current building works on site which resulted in the impact on onsite parking and road changes based on Main roads works around the location.
