Trist att inte kunna gymma tillsammans med hela familjen, eller i vårt fall att vår dotter på 8år inte fick vara med oss i gymmet då hon tycker om träning. Superfin hotellmiljö och familjerummet med extrasängen var bland de bästa familjerum vi haft. Kuddarna hade däremot gärna kunna vara lite fluffigare. Även hotellets skybar hade en mysig vibe och var trevlig att hänga i på kvällen. Hade varit kul med ett aktivitetsrum i och med att det var höstlov. Ett rum att spela spel i osv. Det fanns ett pingisrum men som var stängt en av dagarna pga konferens. Summa summarum - vi kommer gärna tillbaka till detta hotell! ✨

Spa avdelning kan man inte kalla för spa, betala för "spa" för 125 kr för 3 basun och en utsikt. Hotellet fokuserar på konferenser för hotellgäster är inte prioriterade när det är konferens för 100 personer för då får man enl. personal "Vänta väldigt länge". Fick gå någon annanstans att äta. Kommer till hotellet och i rummet finns extrasängar som om det är ett avlastningsrum/förråd. Betala så mycket pengar per dag, nej tack!

Mixed feelings, some good moments but even less good moments. Among the good stuff: the hotel was clean, the personnel was polite and friendly, the hotel has several facilities and amenities, the location is central close to several points of interest. However, some important general information didn't match reality. - "Parking available" doesn't mean that the hotel offers parking. It means there is parking nearby that costs 200 SEK extra per day. - The isolation against noise was not as good as I could hear people walking and jumping on the floor above and neighbor room. There was also a disturbing drilling that stopped after I complained. - I booked a luxury room high up with view over the city, but I got one on the 8th floor with 50% city view and rest was a boring wall. - The room was a bit cold and there was no slippers available. No extra blankets. The termostater wouldn't increase the temperature. I had to use warm clothes indoors. - I was not informed during booking that the first night there would not be electricity, no water and elevators not working between 00:00-05:00. Not that good when living on the 8th floor.
