Our room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The room was on the 3rd floor, so we had limited view of C’an Picafort and the sea, but this was not a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful if we needed something. The receptionists were also welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was really great, a large variety of quality foods. The only remark would be the lack of marked allergenes, an issue because one of us can’t have gluten. It would be nice to be able to pick glutenfree bread and cake without having to ask the staff. We did not use the pool area, all the sun beds had guests towels on them before breakfast. It is a nice and large pool and activity area outside the hotel, great for children.

The hotel was very clean and nice family rooms. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner and we loved spending time around the pool. A very child friendly place. A few minors - Not the best wifi, spending time waiting for the lifts and some staff could have been more friendly. Overall though a great week away and feel very relaxed!

Hotel magnifique avec une très belle et grande piscine extérieur. Je suis restée 2 semaines donc voici mes remarques. Dans les détails, il serait temps de s'améliorer sinon il faut descendre de catégorie : - équipements dans la salle de sport très usés , il n'y a pas des serviettes a disposition alors que c'est un hôtel de 4*. Le dispenseur de gel désinfectant pour nettoyer les appareils après notre utilisation, n'a jamais eu de gel pendant les 2 semaines que j'ai y étais. Je m'entraînais 4x par semaine. - parties de ma salle de bain ainsi que dans la piscine et extérieur autour de la piscine, il y a des carrelages cassées , abîmées ou simplement de la saleté pas nettoyée proprement. Grand hôtel de 4 étages avec 28 chambres par étage donc ....si le calme et le soleil étaient vos préférences....le calme n'y sera pas. Sinon, globalement, un bon hôtel , dîner très varié et globalement bon,

I spent 4 days at Tonga Tower Hotel with my friend, and we had a wonderful stay. It's a great hotel, and I would definitely come back again. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The food was very good and varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. The evening entertainment wasn't anything special, but that wasn't important to us. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, although if you want to be sure to get one, it's best to arrive shortly after the pool opens, around 8:00–8:30 a.m. A nice bonus is the dinner at the Sky Bar. However, you need to stay at least 3 nights to be eligible, and it must be booked in advance. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package are fairly standard, as in most hotels. If you want a higher-quality cocktail, you'll need to pay extra. Overall, Tonga Tower Hotel is a very nice hotel with a good standard, excellent food, and friendly staff. I would happily recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Super siistiä, henkilökunta erittäin ihania, kaikissa uima-altaissa oli kylmää vettä. Näin huhtikuussa altaiden vesi säästä riippuen max +18-20 astetta mutta, todella kylmää vettä. Silti voi käydä kastautumassa. Huonoa oli ettei edes katolla olleessa porealtaassa ei ollut lämmitettyä vettä. Olisimme myös toivoneet että katto terassi olisi ollut auki edes auringonlaskuun saakka, meni kiinni klo 19:00 Huoneet kaipaisi pientä fixausta, jääkaappi vuoti lattialle, samoin suihkukaappi eikä ilmastointi toiminut. Nukuimme parvekkeen ovet auki. Mutta ei nuo hirveästi haitanneet meitä kun päivät seikkailimme autolla pitkin saarta. Voisimme mennä vielä uudelleenkin, hyvä sijainti ja upea hotelli.

Hotel ist mit ein paar Einschränkungen zu Empfehlen, Poolanlage sehr schön, Lage ist für Ausflüge top, Aussicht von den Balkonen unbeschreiblich, aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen, Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn sehr chlorhaltig, die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht gut, Frühstück war gut, aber die Tische, Stühle, Tassen und Besteck allesamt dreckig, wenn man morgens zu spät kommt, gibt es keinen Kaffee mehr. Hotel von außen einfach ein großer Klotz.

Excellent hôtel à tous points de vue. Rien ne manque et tout fonctionne parfaitement : clim, frigo, tv etc. Accueil très souriant, avec upgrade vue mer sans rien demander 😊. Personnel de ménage très gentil et souriant. Fabuleux buffet de petit déjeuner. Hôtel visiblement bien managé. Nous avions pris 2 nuits, nous sommes restés 4 ! Juste à savoir : parking gratuit mais plus difficile le soir. Suggestion : remplacer les échantillons de savon /shampoing par des bouteilles fixées au mur, comme partout maintenant.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt, aber es gab einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben. Der Speisesaal war uns persönlich zu laut – das hätten wir bei einem großen Hotel zwar erwarten können, aber die Atmosphäre erinnerte eher an eine Kantine. Die Auswahl an Speisen war jedoch sehr gut, lediglich ein paar frisch gepresste Säfte hätten das Angebot noch aufgewertet. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, was je nach Nachbarn störend sein kann. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die bequemen Betten, die für eine erholsame Nacht gesorgt haben. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen, aber auch vielen positiven Aspekten.

Ikke egnet for par

Synes ikke rommene levde opp til bildene, mye mindre enn forventet. Litt harde senger og ekstremt mye barnefamilier. Passer ikke for unge voksne, par. Hver kveld og gjennom hele dagen er det barneshow med ekstremt høyt volum. Definitivt en fordel å ha rom i en av de øverste etasjene. Fullstappet frokost, men ganske bra utvalg! Fint med ulike områder ved bassenget.
