Worst Hotel in Lyon

BE CAREFUL!!! Do not trust the pictures on the site.Check customers pictures.This hotel is an old student residence.Very dirty, mold and sewer smell in bathroom. Need major refurbishing!!! There is 2 different buildings. Not even a 2 stars hotel. I am still waiting for my refund. Safety issues with No evacuation plan on room doors.Main entrance very dark at night and the front desk looks like a security guard booth.Lots of homeless people in the neighborhood. Do Not book this hotel. STAY Away!!! Left the hotel room 2 hrs after check-in.

アパートホテルなので、キッチン用品が有り便利でした。 7泊しましたが清掃日がチェックアウトの前日でしたので、清掃依頼しないでチェックアウトしました。長期滞在の方は、チェックインの時に清掃日を聞いた方が良いです。暑い時期でしたがエアコンは有りません。扇風機が2台有り助かりました。チェックインが夜の遅い時間でしたが、フロントの人はいました。チェックアウトが早朝でしたので、前日、フロントの男性にチェックアウト時間を伝えましたが、チェックアウト時間にフロントの人がいなかった。しばらくしたら来た。フロント業務の伝達事項が悪いです。
