A gorgeous vintage property in the arts district of downtown - everything is very walkable, or you can just stay on the property and have a GREAT time! Excellent food in the gorgeous basement restaurant Gilded Unicorn, fun to have in the relatively new Griffin Arcade with pinball, and the beer wall and food selection upstairs are excellent, as is the fantastic staff! (and this place had an incredibly comfy bed!)

A wonderful historic hotel and the modernization of the hotel was top notch without losing the charm from the early 1900’s. The hotel is walking distance from the Riverside park downtown. They are creative with offering breakfast for free from a local excellent restaurant and free parking options. Totally recommend!!

This is a great value hotel. It enjoyed the morning coffee, breakfast at Rosie’s, and the Gilden Unicorn is a great restaurant, hidden gem only accessed through the hotel. All clean. Bed was only full size and random frequent sounds like pressure from pipes or something. But would stay again due its good location and value.

This hotel offers the economy traveler an opportunity to experience true leisure. Since it is an old building, the owners decided to keep an old-fashioned motif, that was a pleasant change from the norm. It was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and the rooms were much larger than we expected. We enjoyed every minute of our time in this hotel. When we return to Spokane, we will definitely be staying here again..
