Great location! Very close to Zurich HB. The breakfast was great. The rooms were lovely and clean. Not a lot of outlets in the room however which was inconvenient - and none near the beds.

6/10 Good

Prefer full buffet type of breakfast instead of semi serve type breakfast since not enough staff at peak hours. The variety of breakfast has to be upgraded to match the relative high cost of the room. However hotel location is really very convenient. No shuttle bus service to and from airport despite this is the selling point in the Hotels.com website.

6/10 Good

Reception service at check-in was excellent. Unfortunately, I reported an issue with torn bed linen, but it was ignored. I also pointed out that the bathroom toiletries were from different brands and incompatible—a sign of significant carelessness, as mixing different products can cause reactions (the difference in the shampoo's color and texture was obvious). Once again, I was ignored. Breakfast was good, though nothing to get too excited about. My room was larger than the hotel's standard size (unit ending in 16), which was great, but the air conditioning was inefficient for the room's size and the prevailing heat (temperatures around 25°C to 32°C). Great location. If you decide to book, keep your expectations in check!
