The outside was clean however when requested a room cleaning it never happened, even exchange for towels and was told they were out of towels and would have to wait. Also there was no adjust their thermostat for the air. The woods valance over the window looked like it had been chewed up by rodents. However the breakfast was readily available until items were gone from the 7-10 am hours. The beds were comfortable the carpet was dirty, their listed washers and dryers were out of service and the pool and hot tub was dirty from leaves and bugs.

Second stay here and a very nice hotel for the price. Have not used the pool yet but looks great. Only complaint and it is a big one is housekeeping was way to loud starting at 8:30 or so. Way too loud with their talking outside the rooms and their carts really rumble on the second floor. A hotel is a place to sleep and some people like to sleep in. They should be more mindful of that.

Its a true motel with doors that open to the outside. One side to the motel, the side we stayed on, is open to the road and we heard noises and people all night which made it feel a bit unsafe. The pool was nice and I guess for the price you get what you pay for.

Absolutely loved our room. The jet tub was exactly what I needed for my staycation. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the cleanliness was because we found a live cockroach in our room a couple minutes after we entered it. Otherwise, the room was spotless.
