Newly refurbished hotel in great location in Athens, rooms and bathrooms were nice, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, close to all of Athens major attractions. The staff was very nice and cordial. The location is a stones throw from all restaurants and events. Most of the sites is about 20min walk. The staff was very helpful. They even did a taxi arrangement on the day of taxi strike. Very pleasant stay and will stay again if we went to Athens again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable The hotel has 2 buildings one with stairs only no elevator and the other has a small elevator this is important specially if you stay at 4 floor Also some rooms has tubs without shower head so you need to make sure from the booking if you want the shower head . otherwise the hotel location was very good we didn’t rent a car the streets in front of the hotel are small and fits only one way enough for one car no side parked cars I am not aware if they have a nearby parking area

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Location in central Athens is outstanding. All the staff is extremely friendly and responsive to anything you need. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Front desk manager Kalina was especially helpful when my purse was lost and I needed to contact the tourist police. I couldn't recommend this hotel higher.

Amazing, chic, central hotel

Had an amazing stay at the The Residence, the staff were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, can’t praise them enough. Location is superb, rich in the heart of Monistiraki and easy walking to all the main attractions. The room was also great, very clean, great facilities and even had a view of the Acropolis! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

The only negative I would say is that there is not an elevator. A lot of stairs. Didn’t bother us but if you have family members that would have difficulty climbing a few flights of stairs, then it would be an issue for you. The room was great. The hotel was great. Great location because you can walk to a lot of places you will probably be visiting while in Athens.
