Campanile always good but this one needs some TLC

We use Campanile a great deal so are always generally happy with their hotels. This one matched up to what we like and was generally very comfortable, though it is somewhat shabby: broken shutters, light not working, no hairdryer, damaged decor etc.

Budget type motel room

A budget motel type room. Bedding was spotless and bed comfortable. Room was a bit tired but perfectly adequate for one night. Good continental breakfast included in price. No onsite restaurant but there was a Buffalo Grill within a few minutes drive. Kettle and paper cups provided with just one coffee and tea provided and two milks though I’m sure we could have asked reception for more. The location was great for our journey back to UK from Spain.

Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. Attention, l’établissement pratique de la surréservation, nous avions réservé une chambre et effectuer le paiement en ligne à notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible, nous n’avons pu dormir un hôtel et c’est très compliqué pour avoir quelqu’un afin d’ avoir un remboursement. Hôtel qui mérite une rénovation importante. Pas de volets extérieurs, pas d'isolation thermique au niveau de la porte et de la fenêtre. C'est un hôtel qui est resté dans le même état qu'il y a 15 ans. Cependant, le personnel est très accueillant et disponible, ainsi que la propreté de la literie et de la salle de bains. Mes mauvaises remarques ne sont que pour le bâtiment et non le personnel.

Struttura vecchiotta i cui segni del tempo si vedono tutti. Pulizia e servizi appena sufficienti. Ok aria condizionata visto il caldo. Il ristorante era chiuso. Segnalato come 3 stelle ma in realtà a stento arriverebbe a una. Altra quasi beffa il lettore dei codici per l'uscita dal cancello non funzionava (dovevamo ripartire all' alba), fortunatamente sono riuscito ad arrivare al lettore esterno arrampicandomi un po' sul cancello.

Airco werkte niet, instap van het vad veelste te hoog echt gevaarlijk om uit te stappen. Personeel spreekt geen andere taal dan frans. Omgeving rustig in de buurt van mooi winkelcentrum
