Check in was the easiest ever, and thanks - was allowed in much earlier at no extra charge. You will be on the most comfortable bed you can find. Staff are mostly helpful. The lady manager at breakfast leaves you with every reason why she is in that role - can make guests feel comfortable and taken care of.

Electronic key always has problem; I always beg them standing to open it while standing outside of my room. Restaurant people are always welcome and breakfast so delicious. Customer service, in general so week because I already ordered hotel shuttle before depart two days before but they didn’t even tell driver after arriving at the airport in the middle of night standing outside in cold weather; I waited for almost an hour until driver came
