Unhappy with bait and switch!

My main complaint was about the lack of a twin room. I was traveling with my daughter and took great pains to reserve twin rooms rather than double rooms. Despite my reservation showing "multiple beds," there was only one double bed in our room. The staff was unable (or unwilling) to find a twin room for us. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and the facilities basic but adequate.

A fuir cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles - cages escaliers très très sales, mégots de cigarettes partout, store de la fenêtre cassée, taches moquettes sur tout le sol, clim limite fonctionnelle..... presque 500 euros pour 2 nuits - de plus pas prévenu que cet hôtel se situait à quelques pas de l'aéroport de Biarritz donc je vous laisse imaginer le bruit...
