Great People. Good Businees Location inside an Industrial Park.

8/10 Very good

Most of the staff was nice except an older woman who worked front desk. Being American I still spoke Spanish whole visit and gave pesos to everyone that helped us. Food was excellent at restaurant. And room service was excellent as well, plus it's 24hrs. Cleaning stsff came around asking if anything was needed. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to front desk older woman. She refused to help me and told someone else to help due to me only speaking English. As stated I spoke Spanish whole visit being fluent though I'm American.

I have always like to stay here because it’s close to family. Lately the hotel has been going downhill

6/10 Good

Well, to start the room I reserved was not available. It was a mess so the replacement room was not what we needed with 2 kids. They had to sleep on the floor which was not ideal. Interaction with all of the staff was great. I would say that the pool needed attention. It was really dirty when we were there. The food in the restaurant was good, but I thought it was a little overpriced. It's location is at the edge of town in a industrial area so if you don't have your own transportation then you will need a taxi to go anywhere. In saying that, I would stay there again in the future if I find the need.

2/10 Poor

Current level of this hotel is way under minimum level for Fiesta Inn standard. No sense of cleanliness and customer service like 5 years ago.

Clean room, safe and great front desk staff. Only one detail: we went out for breakfast and came back to shower and towels were gone, I tried to call but no answer, so I had to dress back and go get towels.
