Very convenient and clean standard Ibis rooms, big bathroom with all amenities, good breakfast, close to bus stop and huge supermarket. Average 20 minutes walking to few metro and train stations, night busses from Madrid are stopping there. The elevator hasn't worked 2 days of 3 I've stayed.

Great stop over on our way through Spain. Comfortable and spacious room - not luxurious but certainly more than adequate and what can you expect for that price, including a great breakfast

This was awful. I used hotels.com and paid 3 times what I would have if I had booked through the ibis website because I checked the day I went as well as the day after. There was a large area of taped down pads in the hallway getting to my room. These are temporary pads that had been forever. There were bugs in my room. The heat didn’t work. There were also burn marks I guess from cigarettes where my room had been smoked in. Breakfast had no hot food whatsoever. I would have complained, but where could I go? Madrid is unfamiliar to me. And I knew that hotels.com would not help me getting a €300 refund (yes this is two nights). This hotel average is 60€ per night.

Good Hotel for the price, about 20 min from the city of Madrid in bus which stop is like 5 min away and to drop you off if right in front of hotel on the way back. Rooms are decent but not modern but will do the job. Breakfast is decent for an extra 8euros per person, but staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied costumer

I travel a lot and normally I like the Ibis hotel service, BUT I dont recommend the Ibis Alcorcon, the staff at the reception is really harsh, I even got to see one of the staff at the restaurant screaming at one guest because she took one piece of bread out when leaving the buffee.. and is ok to claim when is a rule but not like that humilliating the person in front of people.... and dont even try asking about surroundings or how to get a bus ...a real challenge the staff in this hotel is really rude
