The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive, luggage storage is available, and it's very close to Termini station.

Location very good. Not sure about 4 star rating. I would think 3 stars at most. City taxes are calculated based on star rating, it is not fair to pay for 4 stars hotel when actually it's not. Not enough sockets. No shower gel. No matress protector.

the bathroom was quite dirty, as was the front entrance I only stayed for about a half hour till i found a new hotel I would like a full refund for this hotel

2/10 Poor

The room looked nothing like the picture. The bathroom was covered in mold. They wanted more money than what was agreed on the site. The female receptionist was absolutely rude and dismissive although both of the male receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Dreadful place that I couldn't wait to get out out of and its right in the middle of what looks like a ghetto, with beggars and unsavoury characters
