this is NOT a 4 star hotel by any means. I don't know why they advertise it as 4 stars... the rooms are very basic and small, beds are not comfortable, bathrooms are small and basic... 2 stars is about right. but the staff are nice and helpful. if you want a cheap room near the train station, this might be ok. just lower your expectations to 2 stars...

The Room was ok, but the bathroom was very small and hard to get to the shower. The hotel need maintenance but is not bad! Very close to the train station Termini; 2 blocks walking. So, if you’re planning going to Florence, Pisa, Venice or any other place this hotel is your best option if you return to Rome late. You have some options of restaurants, small convenience stores and souvenir stores. The staff is very helpful and they speak English, Italian and a little bit of Spanish!
