There were several things first one was the professional attitude I received upon entering the hotel nice friendly lady you don’t always get that and secondly the minute I walk in room I was very pleased to see a nice clean fresh room my stay was absolutely nice

The room was clean. The coffee pot didn’t work, but there was coffee downstairs. The bed was comfortable. There was a weird whooshing sound around the window that I couldn’t identify but it didn’t keep me awake.

Great place to stay! Exceptional Staff!

Just in town one night to watch our son play baseball. Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be sure our stay was adequate. Service exceptional.

This stay was not a good experience.

We have stayed at this location a lot. Normally we do not have much issues. This trip the bed sheets were dirty. The front desk was happy to give me new sheets. Also the handicap shower was broken. Nothing could be done. I hope that these are one time issues and not the start of a pattern. My family really enjoys this hotel.

Beautiful new hotel.

Beautiful new hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast, however, was lacking. I'm guessing it was due to lack of staffing, but the food wasn't refilled in a timely manner. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay.

Best property near LeTourneau that we have tried. There are comparable on the north side of town, but on the south this hotel is by far the best. It is relatively new but seems to be maintained well. Although it was super cold the pool was green and there is not hot tub. Workout room isn't bad. We skipped breakfast and went next door to Cracker Barrel.

If you like sleeping on a bed made of a stack of plywood with throw pillows for bed pillows, this is the place for you. And also, you may want to not use the toilet. The gallon per flush rating is 4 teaspoons. So don’t drop a tissue in the bowl, because it won’t go down.

One of the things that makes a difference to me and how I rate hotel is if the room is dark at night. The shade was too small for window. This brought in too much light so slept poorly. Also how can one Hilton property not charge pet fee but another does. Overall it wasn’t the best place to stay

We were there for a 3 night stay. Surprised the "policy" was to clean room every 4 days. Had to request towels each day if we wanted clean ones. Staff was nice, breakfast usually cold. Coffee usually cold. Water pressure low in shower. Had to turn hot water on at sink and let run for 10 to 15 minutes before water was warm. Probably won't stay here again.

Disappointed - pool was closed!

We were very disappointed to find that the pool was closed! We chose this hotel because it had a pool. We intentionally rushed back to our hotel after hiking to use the pool. We were very upset that they didn't tell us that the pool was closed when we booked it. That is something we should've known. That is false advertising. Not to mention this hotel needs some attention - the workmanship is shoddy. The restrooms were ugly. The food in the eating area was sparse.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to I-20

Hotel was clean, all staff friendly and helpful only had a problem with check in. Through the app I reserved a king room but when I was checking in I was told not available, only queens and king suites so I would need to cancel and rebook and repay for different rate room which was not an option on my part bc non refundable reservation. It took about 15 minutes with a call to a manager and a chat with hotels.com rep but both were friendly and worked to resolve. We were tired from king day of driving and ready to rest so that was unfortunate. Once we were in it was very comfortable and a great rest, easy to get right back on I-20 and back on the road in the morning.
