The room was great! Location was very central with almost 20-30 min walks to major attractions and museums. It's close to a train station and a lot of the trams and buses. Most importantly, it was close to the Vienna concert hall where a many lovely concerts were held. The staff is super nice and helpful in all aspects - from food recommendations to umbrella rentals - everything is perfect! The only thing is that the heat is a bit too high but this was resolved via opening windows. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Location is the best,everything is around reachable by foot. Our room was very spacious, clean, bathroom big with everything needed. Staff friendly,polite,helpful. Serene, calm and beautiful hotel, conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the heart of Vienna. The light-filled room was large, immaculate and so nice with its tall ceilings and blackout curtains. The breakfast is one of the nicest hotel breakfasts I’ve seen with its many fresh options. We look forward to it every morning. The hotel also has a new small gym downstairs with a nice sauna.
