The hotel was okay. Aircondition is not working properly on the top floors, so we had a hard time falling asleep some nights because of the heat. Also the hotel gym looks a lot better in pictures than in reality. It was very dirty and messy. Other than that the staff was nice at least.

Decent location near the beach but clearly needs to have a bit of investment to modernize. The bathroom was ok at best, the were no toiletries provided, and there was no safe box in the room. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. The availability of a luggage store and a shower room was good as it allowed more beach time after checkout. Hotel towels could be taken for the beach with a small deposit. It was right next to a supermarket, which was handy especially for getting drinking water, and close to the bus stop for travel into Palma.

I was welcomed into the hotel with a smile and well received, the hotel is clean and tidy with a nice standing in the area with direct access to the beach and the pool, there is many restaurants close by and transport runs from just outside. my only comment would be that there is only 1 small 4 person elevator for the entire hotel. during peak times the wait can be long. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast, what more can you ask for

A place where you can return.

First time in Palma de Mallorca and first time at this hotel, and honestly, a wonderful experience. The room was super comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service impeccable. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The common areas were spacious, clean, and fresh. I booked a car through a company they suggested, and for a truly reasonable price, they didn't even ask for a credit card. I requested a taxi for 4:00 AM, and it was right on time. What can I say? I can't wait to return. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff.

Great and charming hotel

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff and a clean hotel. We stayed in the main hotel and the rooms were spacious , clean and modern. The daily cleaning service was good with fresh water in your fridge each day. Fresh beach towels daily at no extra cost. The hotel is a small 4 star and that is part of its charm. There is a mixture of all ages in the hotel and overall very quiet at night with no rowdy partying. There was a shower room for late departure which allowed us to wait all day and check out when we pleased with no extra cost.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right near bus stops, shops, bars and the beach. The service in the hotel was 5 star. The room was adequate however a little dated. The food was not great value, we went half board and only ate at the hotel 50% of the time as you can get better food elsewhere at a reasonable price. If we chose to go to Palma Nova again in the future we would consider staying at this hotel again however we would definitely stay on a room only basis.

Breakfast was excellent. There was not enough reception staff. The day bartender didn’t know how to make drinks or what glasses to use. It was inconvenient to have to take outside elevator to the second floor “ garden” to pick up and return towels. You have to pay $3 a day for your safe key and $10 deposit. Our shower curtain rail kept falling down and the ceiling above the shower was damp and peeling.

Bad customer service and should be a 2 star hotel.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, thats the best part about hotel. We booked 3 rooms, none had floors cleaned in that week and the rooms all had issues. From terrible aircon working, no electricity, unsafe balcony handrail (secured with tape). We booked with an elderly relative and was told the hotel has good disabled access etc. The lift is tiny and no way cab a wheelchair user get into that lift, thats if you get the chance to use it as there is only 1 tiny lift so always in use. The night reception that greeted us was miserable and rude but this seems to be a trait of the reception and bar staff. Overally a 2 out of 10. The 2 purely for location.

Excellent location on the best beach in the area. Lots of quality bars and restaurants beside the hotel. Its also close to main palma nova beach. Big roomd with good size balcony. Beach and sea are clean. Area feels safe at night. Nice pool area.
