If you’re checking in late, there is no staff on site. You must call a phone number provided — which wasn’t answered the first time — to be told where your room key was hidden. Other than that, the stay was acceptable and a good value for what we paid/expected. We left very early, so I can’t speak to staff that might have been there in the morning or what the breakfast might have included.

I didn't have very high hopes when I entered the Super8 building, but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and updated decor of the room. Very fresh, bed comfortable, all more than adequate for the price, staff helpful, breakfast was one of the best for a budget hotel. NO ELEVATOR so second floor room required a hike up a moderately steep staircase, but all in all, very nice.

Our room was very clean but sparsely furnished. There was only 1 chair. No table, no other seating, and no luggage rack or space to place suitcase other than on the floor. I requested a luggage rack and the front desk clerk reluctantly went in search and eventually found one for us to use. Breakfast was included and of much better variety than what we were offered in other locations earlier in the week. There were no additional amenities. The best thing about the hotel is its location, 10 minutes' drive from the Badlands and 2 block walk to the Red Rock restaurant.

The woman at check-in was very friendly. The room was fine for our one night stay. There was no elevator and we were right by the top of the stairs on the second floor so my one complaint would be the noise. Everyone banged their luggage up and down those stairs all night which made it hard to sleep. (No elevator).
