Stopped here for a few days before continuing on to Khao Kho. Excellent mountain view. Rooftop pool provided some great photos and pool was wonderful. Cannot beat the value for the price.

ペッチャブーンでは一番良いホテルだと感じた。浴槽のあるホテルに泊まったが、日本人としては嬉しい。ただ、浴槽から部屋・シャワールームに戻る際にタオルをかける場所がなかったり、床が濡れてしまったりするので、そこだけが残念。 朝ごはんはビュッフェ形式でとても美味しかった。予約なしでも200TBで食べれました。タイオムレツをその場で焼いてくれたことは素晴らしい。美味しかったです
部屋。天井が高くて素晴らしい
浴槽。外にあるので全裸で入るのはやめた方が良い。水着奨励
部屋からの景色。雨季なので曇りであったが、山々まで美しい
朝ごはん。洋食のほかご飯もある。オムレツはその場で焼いてくれた

Great Hotel

An excellent hotel with large room and bathroom. Breakfast had lots of choice and staff very friendly and polite. The roof top pool and restaurant make this a really nice hotel and excellent value for money. Transport is probably needed, however, I'm sure there are tuk-tuk's or taxis available. I have not been to any other hotel in the town, but if there is a better one then it must be really fantastic!

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete block....the staff were friendly abd tried to help by putting a topper on but the mattress was simply rock hard making for very uncomfortable sleep. The rest of the room and hotel was very good and wouldve got 5 stars, if not for the bed

South facing rooms will get quite warm, even with the air conditioning cranked. The a/c control on my room was finicky when dropping the temp. Otherwise, great hotel

조용하지만...

방도 넓고 조용했습니다. 다만, 물탱크 청소를 안했는지 필터가 금방 까맣게 변해서 당황했어요. 조식 별로에요. 또 야외여서 빵 등 음식물보관 식기 안에 날벌레가 많이 보였어요.

Utsikten var magisk, men sängkläder var smutsiga och duschväggarna som är i glas var ej rengjorda ordentligt och fanns bara en toalettrulle. Draperier var trasiga och kylen lät ganska mycket, men helhetsintrycket var bra och trevlig personal som löste våra problem med bokningen genom Hotels.com, då hotels inte gjorde sitt jobb. Vi bokade två rum med bergs utsikt men hotellet såg bara ett rum bokat, men till slut så fick vi ett rum till men ej bergs utsikt..

โทรหารร.ตอนเช้าอีกวันนึงที่พักตอนที่ออกมาทำธุระแล้ว เพื่อแจ้งว่าตู้เย็นยังไม่เย็น พนักงานขึ้นเสียงตอบกลับมาว่า “ตู้เย็นมันก็เย็นได้แค่นี้แหละค่ะ” (เวลา7โมงกว่า วันที่2 เมษา) ทั้งๆที่เค้ายังไม่ได้รู้ด้วยซ้ำว่าตู้เย็นยังไม่เย็นที่เราหมายถึงนั้นคือเย็นเท่าไหร่ ตู้เย็นน้ำแข็งละลายออกมาหน้าตู้เย็นตั้งแต่คืนที่เราเข้าพัก และช่างได้ขึ้นมาดูพร้อมบอกว่าถ้ายังไม่ดีขึ้นตอนเช้าให้โทรแจ้ง เค้าจะเอาตู้เย็นมาเปลี่ยนให้ ไม่รู้ว่าไม่มีการ transition หรือ communicate อะไรหรือเปล่านะแต่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์พูดจาแบบนี้กับลูกค้า ตู้เย็นเราไม่ได้คาดหวังว่ามันจะต้องเป็นตู้ละลายน้ำไหลออกมาจากตู้แบบนี้ การบริการแบบนี้ทำให้เสียความรู้สึกมากๆ ทั้งๆที่ห้องพักดี บรรยากาศดี I called the hotel again the next morning (around 7 AM on April 2nd) after stepping out to run an errand, to report that the refrigerator in the room still wasn’t cooling properly. To my surprise, the staff responded quite rudely and raised her voice, saying, “The fridge can only get this cold.” — without even knowing how unreasonably warm the fridge actually was. The issue had already started the night we checked in — the ice inside the fridge had melted and water was leaking out onto the floor. A technician came to inspect it and said that if it didn’t improve by morning, I should call again and they would replace the fridge. I’m not sure if there was a lack of communication or handover between staff, but regardless, that’s no excuse to speak to a guest in that manner. It was unacceptable.

ที่พักสวย สระน้ำสวย แต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาด เนื่องจากมีเศษทิชชูจากร้านอาหารปลิวลงสระน้ำค่ะ ห้องพักมีขยะจากคนพักก่อนหน้า ตกค้างในลิ้นชัก คุณแม่บ้านคงไม่เห็น ทำให้ส่งกลิ่นเหม็นในห้อง แต่โดยรวมดีค่ะ

Booked one night but stayed two , pool ,gardens, restaurant and entertainment was excellent, room was spacious and very comfortable. Will stay again when in Phetchabun
