Nice place to stay!

The building is in a very good condition, very clean and always smells good. It is in a great location, next to I-95, parking lot and surrounds are spotless. I stayed there for a surgery recovery and staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. They just need to figure out some updates soon to mattresses but isn’t that bad yet. If I have to go back, definitely I’ll consider it as an option to stay in Jacksonville again.

Stayed for 8 nights not one time did we get clean towels or linens! Only one lady that works the front counter was friendly! Only coffee or tea late mornings whenever they decided to put it out! Washers were very dirty! For the price I paid I will never stay there again when I can go across the street for cheaper that has cleaning service daily a pool and friendly staff!

The room smelled like roach spray and it was apparent they had a problem since they were near the elevator. Also walls are very thin a lot of people staying there as residents. I guess you get what you pay for. No housekeeping service the whole stay either.
